Artist Statement

My fascination has always been with things that endure.

Ancient trees. Historic churches. Centuries-old buildings. Places shaped by generations of craftsmen whose work has stood the test of time.

Years before becoming a sculptor, I restored a 500-year-old lime house with its original thatched roof. I later purchased and restored a historic post office, a project that was featured in a British home restoration magazine. These experiences deepened my admiration for traditional craftsmanship and the quiet beauty of things built to last.

Today, I express that same philosophy through copper tree sculptures. Every branch is shaped by hand, creating works that honor nature, celebrate permanence, and preserve the character of trees that inspire me.

For me, every sculpture is an homage to time itself.
